At a Glance

Casa Da Praia is located 250 meters from the Arabian Sea. It comprises a charming newly refurbished Portuguese House and an Annex Building in the same style. They offer seven individual units some of which have interconnecting doors. Breakfast is freshly prepared and served within landscaped gardens and by the swimming pool. It’s exclusive Candolim beach location is also only a short stroll from restaurants, shops and bars.

Casa Da Praia is a Bed & Breakfast, not a Hotel so, therefore, they do not have a reception desk or full-time staff, but it does mean that you are welcome to bring in outside food and drink.

All seven units at Casa Da Praia are designed to have a view of the garden and pool. We will always give a choice of ground or 1st floor unless there is no option available.

In some rooms, we have used Indian slate on the floor, and all rooms have antique furniture to create a rustic look that some guests do not appreciate so we recommend that you study the photos on this website to confirm suitability.

Family Villa
Traditional Portuguese house sleeps 4+ with generous living space comprising of 2 double bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine level that is open-plan with the large vaulted ceiling lounge. The property benefits from a concealed kitchenette and sizeable family shower room. Many doors open onto terraces.

Annex Studio
Compact studios sleep 2, In keeping with the old house, we offer four more modern units two up and two down. They are all similar in layout and have the same level of comfort and convenience our guests have come to expect from Casa Da Praia Designed and built to open onto the garden and the breeze of the Arabian Sea.

Studio
Ground and first-floor Studio’s sleep 2+ in this aesthetically pleasing building that is light, airy and spacious. Similar in layout this studio has a traditionally large balustraded balcony or open terrace wrapped around two sides. The view is a lush landscaped garden with glimpses of the Arabian Sea through the trees on the first floor.

Sea View Room
Spacious studios sleeping 2, On the 2nd floor of the original building with an actual view of the Arabian Sea. Large patio doors on two sides opening onto terraces that overlook the pool/garden. The style will be in keeping with the other units and will offer the same level of comfort and convenience our guests have come to expect from Casa Da Praia.
